1. Information we process

For the Partner Program we process account and verification data, legal name, contact details, telephone number, registered address, country, company and registration information, tax identifiers and status, agreements, content declarations, revenue statements, payout instructions and audit records. This information is used for onboarding, authentication, rights review, contracts, accounting, tax assessment, self-billing where agreed, fraud prevention and payouts. Registration notifications sent by email do not contain address, tax or payment details; authorised staff access those details only inside the protected administration.

2. Converter files and statistics

Files uploaded to the converter are processed to provide the requested conversion. Uploaded and generated files are intended to remain temporary and may be removed automatically after processing or by regular server cleanup.

Basic conversion statistics may include the time, conversion mode, and submitted filename. Do not upload files containing personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

3. Advertising and consent

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize ads where you have consented. Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message that lets them consent, refuse, or manage their choices.

4. PayPal donations and external links

If you choose to donate, you are redirected to PayPal. PayPal processes your payment and related personal data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment details. Other external websites linked here are also responsible for their own content and data processing.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to answer your request, operate and secure the services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
